Seminar Abstract

Data Science continues to be of significant interest to the healthcare industry. Advance OC has pioneered a way to use data science that has proven to work in the context of the most challenging public health crisis of our lifetime: COVID-19. Our partnership with the Orange County Health Care Agency has far-reaching implications for public policy because it provides an actionable way to address social determinants of health. Our innovative approach can be potentially groundbreaking for public-private partnerships to take hold across the country as we tackle social and health disparities and operationalize equity as a community.
