Seminar Abstract
In this session, participants will explore their internal beliefs regarding race and racism. By seeking to understand things that seem to come so instinctively, so “matter-of-factly,” to our minds, we can understand 1) how to apply principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion across various contexts, and 2) how to begin promoting our own positive behavior and unlearning negative behavior.
