Seminar Abstract

Dr. Milovantseva will present new data on links between constitutional protection of rights to health and national health care schemes worldwide. She will also overview the quantitatively comparable global data on laws and policies important to population health outcomes that is developed at the WORLD Policy Analysis Center, UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.

Natalia Milovantseva, Ph.D. Fellow, World Policy Analysis Center, UCLA Fielding School of Public Health
After graduating from UCI with BA in International Studies, MA in Demography and PhD in Social Ecology, Dr. Milovantseva spent a Fulbright year abroad researching consumer protection policies with European Parliament's Committee on Environment, Energy and Research. Upon her return to the US, she joined the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health for a postdoctoral fellowship at the WORLD Policy Analysis Center where she is also consulting for the World Health Organization on global early childhood policies.
