Professor Annie Ro to be recognized as winner of one of the 2015 Teaching Awards for Excellence in Undergraduate Education. Her award will be presented at the 22nd Annual Celebration of Teaching, on Thurs., May 7, 2015 from 4:30-7:00 in the Student Center, Emerald Bay. To attend the ceremony, R.S.V.P. by May 1, 2015.

The UCI Medical Humanities Initiative solicits entries for the best undergraduate and graduate student essays in exploring the intersection of medicine and the arts and/or humanities on the themes of health, healing and well-being. Winners receive $500, a certificate of achievement, and the opportunity to present their research in the UCI Medical Humanities Work-in-Progress Series.
